Set Up: 2 players sit facing each other with the board between them. Each player is allocated the row small bins closest to him and a larger scoring bin or mancala to his right. Place 4 stones in each of the 12 smaller bins. Decide which player will move first by flipping a coin. Playing: The first player picks up all the stones in any of his 6 small bins.
